He was predeceased by: his parents, George Goff and Betty Goff; and his siblings, John Goff and Peggy Roth. He is survived by: his wife Rene; his children, Mark Goff (Heather), Matthew Goff (Jennifer Jacobson-Goff) and Nicole Ealy (Jason); his grandchildren, Victoria, Catherine Goff, Jonathan, Rachel Jacobson and Andrew Goff; and his sisters, Sue Goff and Kathy Schafer (Michael). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Disabled Veterans of American in honor of Tom.
