He is survived by: his mother Anne Collins II (Ross); his children, Isaiah Michael Collins and Aviahna Joe Collins; his father Thomas Glen II; his siblings, Zackary Cowden and Alyssa McNea; his nephews, Aidin, Ashdin and Ausdin; and his grandparents, Thomas Collins I (Cathie), Sandra Dell (Roger), Janice Brauer (Kenneth) and Rick Ross. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
