She is survived by: her husband Muhammad Qawwee; her children, Don Charles, Eddie Charles, Kim Charles, Andrea Charles, Muhammad Qawwee II (Angie), Tynnetta Qawwee, Ayesha Qawwee, Evona Hallis and Haniyyhh Qawwee; her grandchildren, Dequarai Charles, Nakita Mans and Quintin Grant; and her sister Bobbie Jones. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
