She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth McQuarrie and Jean McQuarrie; and her siblings, Dorothy Paudrea and Kenneth VanDamme. She is survived by: her husband Gary Stanton; her children, David Stanton (Amber) and Christine Gooden (Greg); her grandchildren, Lillian, Kaitlin, David, William, Brooklyn and Haiden; and her sisters, Deborah Collin (Carl), Diana Vincent (Jerry Jr.) and Janice Ransom (Don).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Tharsilla Stanton.
