It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Steven Rodriguez of Lansing, Michigan, who passed away on December 12, 2022, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ben, Yvonne Rodriguez and Romona Alegria; his uncles, Red and Joe Cordova (Joe Rodriguez); his aunt Gigi Riggs; and his cousin Bridget Cordova Sible.

He is survived by: his wife Tammy; his children, Drew and Siena Rodriguez; his brothers, Derek Rodriguez (Tammy) and Andrew Rodriguez (Victoria); his friends, Carl, Nikki, Connie and Sharon; and his pet Jack. He is also survived by his family and many friends.

“I am at a loss for words hearing of Steve's passing. He always reminded me of a big "Teddy Bear" . His physical appearance did not compare to his kindness and compassion he could show to our patients at work. Being a die hard Michigan fan amongst a flurry of MSU fans made a fun time when they played each other. I can only add that I am grateful you are now at peace from all struggles and pain. My heart goes out to Tammy and is children. May you be comforted in knowing Steve was loved by many.”
