He is survived by: his children, Matthew Schelter (Kelly) of Lansing and Katelin Schelter of Lansing; his granddaughter Michela Lopez; his mother Marcia Schelter of Mulliken; and his siblings, Andrew Schelter of Grand Ledge, Joseph Schelter of Mulliken, Gwendolyn Schelter of Mulliken, Susie Marshall (William) of Gaylord, Julie Speckin of Lansing and Kathryn Rice of Lake Odessa.
