She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Taylor and Cleone Taylor (Johnson); and her brother Phillip Taylor. She is survived by: her children, Norman Ward and Amberlyn Cassaro (Patrick); her grandchildren, Nicholas Ward (Jimmy), Christina Ward, Jordin Ward and Brittany Childress; and her great grandchildren, Jabob, Julianna, Ariel, Aliyah, Jordin Jr., Kahleesi, Zion of Malaiya, R. J. and Zeke.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Skinner Funeral Home - Lansing Chapel (101 W Jolly Rd, Lansing, MI 48910).
