We are sad to announce that on March 11, 2025, at the age of 84, Sandra Ann Rule (Lansing, Michigan), born in Three Rivers, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, C. David Hall and Edna Hall (Crompton); and her brother Richard C. Hall. She is survived by: her husband David Rule; her children, Betsy Jackson (Steve) and Kevin Rule; her grandchildren, Kate Horst, Anna Jackson, Tobi Rule and Addi Rule; and her sister Cathy Webster.
