He is survived by: his sons, Craig Fountain (Lori), Troy Fountain, Chad Fountain (Amy) and Jason Fountain; his stepsons, Jason Mahoney and David Martinez (Ashley); his half-brother Bobby Klaiss; his stepsiblings, Oral Carper (Pat) and Linda Moffett; his nephews, Jeff Fountain (Starla) and Casey Fountain (Angela); and his grandchildren, Hailey Mahoney, Abrielle Fountain, Haigan Mahoney, Makenna Fountain, Aubrianna Martinez, Mitchell Martinez, Ryleigh Mahoney and RaeLynn Martinez.
