She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Short and Bessie Short; her husband Lloyd Berkimer; her son Wallace Pugsley; and her siblings, Jean Neil (Stanley) and Vernon Short (Liz).
She is survived by: her children, Denise Premoe (Rob), Dennis Pugsley (Marjorie) and Robert Pugsley; and her siblings, Leila Mann and James Short (Marlene). She is also survived by her 21 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gorsline Runciman Tiffany Chapel (3232 W Saginaw St, Lansing, MI 48917). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
