He was predeceased by: his wife Deanna Raulin; his daughter Cheryl Hicks; and his siblings, Janice Shaffer and Greg Raulin. He is survived by: his son John Raulin (Cheryl); and his grandchildren, Jim Hicks (Laura), Allison Downer (Drew), David Hicks (Rachael), Michael Hicks, Samantha Raulin, Shane Raulin and Chona Sales (Jason). He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
