He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund O'Connor and Amelia O'Connor; and his siblings, Kenneth, Dolores, Regina and Donna.
He is survived by: his wife Janice O'Connor; his children, Lorinda Hill (Dan), Patrick O'Connor, Teresa Barcy, Lisa Barcy, Douglas Barcy (Amy) and David Barcy (Katie); and his grandchildren, Daniel, Katie, Erin, Jarred, Austin, Tony, Michael, Josh and Amanda.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (510 W Ottawa St, Lansing, MI 48933). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
To support Ron's passion that no one goes hungry, the family is asking that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the Food Pantry at First Presbyterian Church of Lansing.
