He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwayne Blood and Lois Jensen; his significant other MaryMarcia Blood (Hefty); his stepfather Jim Jensen; and his brother Gerald Blood.

He is survived by: his children, Doug Parks of Eaton Rapids, Dennis Parks of Niles, Dan Parks (Denise) of Lake Odessa and Pam Parks-Holland (Mike) of Novi; and his sister-in-law Beverly Barnum. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren.
