He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Leonard and Helen Leonard (Koenes). He is survived by: his brothers, Thomas Leonard and Jim Leonard; his daughter Alice; his wife Alice Leonard (Shoemaker); his daughters, Rochelle Underhill (Shelly) and Patrice Green (LRoy); his grandchildren, Kristen Cook (Steve), Jonathon Underhill (Elizabeth), Lisa Underhill, Pamela Crljenica (Igor) and Leslie Buege (Brian); and his sister-in-law Janet Leonard. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the South Church (5250 Cornerstone Dr, Lansing, MI 48917). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
