Rodney Dean Shepard Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rodney Dean Shepard in Lansing, Michigan, born in Pontiac, Michigan, who passed away on June 28, 2021 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald Shepard and Joyce Shepard (Reed); his grandparents, Walter, Dorthy Shepard, Hazel and Jasper Reed; his siblings-in-law, Sharon Bovan and Jerry VanDeusen; and his father-in-law Richard VanDeusen.

He is survived by: his wife Theresa VanDeusen; his friends, Dee and Rick Hammond; his children, Sean Shepard (Agnieszka), Noah Shepard (Shirley Anne) and Jyllian Gjonaj (Michael); his grandchildren, Marta (Antonio), Paulina, Norah, Kacper, Blaze, Owen, Evan, Carson and Elizabelle; his brothers, Randall Shepard (Jamie) and Ronald Shepard (Mary); his siblings-in-law, Dale Calder (Kathy), Don Calder (Linda), Ron VanDeusen (Michelle), Liane Noyce (Todd) and Kelli Bridget (Cleland); and his mother-in-law Joyce VanDeusen. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
