He is survived by: his daughters, Katrina Scott-Vinson and Elizabeth Hunter (Thomas); his grandchildren, Katrina Jackson, Isaac Vinson, Kyla Mae Lilly and Thaddeus Hunter; his siblings, Ernest Scott, Marcia Ward and Muriel Allen; and his great grandchildren, Jackson Bowden, Hampton Bowden, Gregory Vinson and Neva Vinson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
