He was predeceased by: his son Nicholas LaFave; his brother Frank LaFave; and his parents, Raymond LaFave and Vera LaFave. He is survived by: his wife Elaine LaFave (Lonier); his daughters, Maria Peak (Steve) and Lisa Barnett (Steve); his daughter-in-law Lori LaFave; his grandchildren, Collin Peak (Emily Luyk), Chet LaFave (Amanda), Marissa Peak, Brek LaFave (Emma), Jake Barnett (Katie), Lena Peak and Sy Barnett; his great grandchildren, Nicholas and Mabel LaFave; his siblings, Richard LaFave (Susie) and Mary Barnes (Tom); and his sister-in-law Patricia LaFave. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations are appreciated for House of Ruth in Charlotte where Bob's special friend Sean lives.
