He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred R. Fretter and Alma M. Fretter (Beaudette); his wife Rosemary; and his son-in-law Randy Rand. He is survived by: his children, Barbara Weston, Jane Rand, Mary Grabowski (Joe), Robert A., David G., Karen Fretter and Tim Fretter (Kristy); his grandchildren, Sommer (Greg), Emily (Justin), Matt, April (Patrick), Brian (Stephanie), Angela, Amanda, Adam, Joe (Ashley), Sophia Rose and Alex; his great grandchildren, Knox, Emmett, Ella, Braden and Savanah; and his pet Greta. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
