He was predeceased by: his parents, William Johnson and Vickie Buell; his sister Kimberly Jo; his nephew Tyler; and his pet Vivian.

He is survived by: his stepparents, Doug and Robin; and his siblings, William Jr., Brian (Belinda), Kandy, Brandy, Tasha (Bob), Mandy and Meredith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
