Rita Frances Betz Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rita Frances Betz (Lansing, Michigan), who passed away on November 17, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald "Jerry"; her parents, John Ruchlewicz and Frances Ruchlewicz; her siblings, Leo Ruchlewicz, Florence Steward and Frances "Franny" Wolbert; and her son Eugene "Gene" Betz.
She is survived by: her brother Peter Ruchlewicz (Brenda) of Arlington, VA; her daughter-in-law Michele Betz of Holt, MI; her granddaughters, Nakia Betz of Nashville, TN and Alicia Hummel (Nick) of Lyons, MI; and her great grandchildren, Alexander and Alydia Hummel.
There will be no services, so in lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Lansing City Rescue Mission.
