It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Trent Reist of Lansing, Michigan, born in Saginaw, Michigan, who passed away on November 14, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rollie Trent and Mabel Ione Reist (McCumsey); his wife Audrey Beverly Brown; his daughter Patricia King (Mark); his great grandchild Elliott Lee Reist; and his siblings, Jane Highfield (Rod) and William Reist.
He is survived by: his children, Russell Reist of Lansing, Kirsten Whitman (Mike) of Perrinton and Kevin Reist of Harrison; and his close friend Jane Blanchard. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
