He is survived by: his close friend Alice Cuellar; his children, Isaiah Costilla, Andrea Cuellar and Gonzalo Cuellar; his grandchildren, Alex Costilla, Xavier Costilla, Gabriel Costilla, Aviana Costilla and Mariah Costilla; and his siblings, Richard Costilla, Javier Costilla, Leticia Rodriguez (Herberto) and Maria Perez. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
