He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kaiser and Cecile Kaiser; his wife Sandra; his son Timothy; his granddaughter Samantha; and his brothers, Richard and Phillip.

He is survived by: his sons, William Kaiser (Elaine), Thomas Kaiser (Barbara) and Edward Kaiser (Janet); his daughter-in-law Diane Kaiser; his grandchildren, Dawn Marie Thompson (Kevin), Adam Zingalis, Dorothea Skornog (Matthew), Michael Kaiser (Christine), Kimberly Nguyen (Sang), Leah Leland, Thomas Kaiser, Anna Kaiser and Jonathan Kaiser; and his great grandchildren, Trinity, Maddox, Natalia, Johnny, Scarlett, Nova and Catherine.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Our Savior Lutheran Church or School in memory of Randall Kaiser.
