It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ralph Wayne Smith (Lansing, Michigan), born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, who passed away on September 13, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert F. Smith and Ruth Smith Dalton; and his siblings, Jerald Smith and Violet Watts. He is survived by: his children, Phillip, Michael, Douglas Smith, Annette Davis (Dan) and Michele Connelly (Dan); and his stepson Nicholas Maynard (Janet). He is also survived by His six grandchildren and three step-grandchildren will miss their grandfather.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Big Brothers Big Sisters of America in memory of Ralph.
