He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert F. Smith and Ruth Smith Dalton; and his siblings, Jerald Smith and Violet Watts. He is survived by: his children, Phillip, Michael, Douglas Smith, Annette Davis (Dan) and Michele Connelly (Dan); and his stepson Nicholas Maynard (Janet). He is also survived by His six grandchildren and three step-grandchildren will miss their grandfather.
