With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rafael Bermudez (Lansing, Michigan), who passed away on November 19, 2020 at the age of 81. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rafael Bermudez to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Bermudez and Paula Bermudez (Miranda); and his siblings, Manuel, Josephina and Soledad.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Bermudez (Castillo); his children, Sandra Botello-Orta (Paul), Samuel Botello (Janette) and Daniel Botello (Janice); his grandchildren, Christy (Alex), Sonny, Paul (Michelle), Melissa (Jordan), Maria, Noah, Lauren, Karissa, Amber (Chad), Judy, Ya Tee Long and Ya Ka Ha; and his brothers, Pancho "Francisco" (Lydia) and Jesus Bermudez. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will take place at the church beginning at 9:00 AM with social distancing being respected and a facemask will be required.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cristo Rey Catholic Church in memory of Rafael.
