He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Cummings and Ruth Cummings (Foote); his siblings, Bill, Bob Cummings and Doris; and his nephews, Dan and Jeff Cummings.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Cummings (Terwilliger); his son Marty Cummings (Patty) of Sorento, FL; and his stepson Steven Hollon. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many loving in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Gerard St. Vincent DePaul Society in memory of Phil.
