He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Art, Janet Celentino, Ron and Carolyn Stauffer. He is survived by: his parents, Arthur Celentino and Amy Celentino (Stauffer); his aunts and uncles, Ceci, John Anderson, Cindy, Jim Roath, Greg Stauffer, Victor Celentino and Richard Celentino; his cousins, Becky Anderson, Matt Anderson, James Roath (Caroline), Andrew Roath (Amanda) and Katie Stauffer; and his nephew Jackson Roath.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association in memory of Phillip.
