He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlon Foote and Frances Foote. He is survived by: his wife Judith Perkins; his stepchildren, Christine Fraser (Tim), Kim Gilespie (Randall), Lisa Watson (John), Brenda Brock (Fred) and Michael Perkins; and his brother Dr. Paul Sheldon Foote (Badri). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
