She was predeceased by: her husband Patrick Edward "Pat" Hughes; and her grandson Matthew Hamelink. She is survived by: her children, Lori Hamelink (Scott), Kathi Hughes and Rick Hughes; her grandchildren, Whitni Hughes, Shelbi Frayer (Chris), Maci Hughes (Ryan Potrykus), Landon Hughes, Kelli VanSetters (Zach), Alyssa Grundner (Evan), Patrick Hamelink and Federico Careddu; her great grandchildren, Lola Frayer, Levi Frayer and Zekiel VanSetters; and her brother Jim Coe. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.

Contributions may be made to St. Gerard Church in memory of Patti.

“My deepest sympathy... I loved Patty & am so sorry!!! Lori my thoughts & prayers are with all of her beautiful family. Patty was unique with her funny little laugh, her love of her nightly Manhattan that we shared a time or two, our visits to the casino, taking care of her hair for so many years, her love for her family but most of all her Faith!!! She was forever lighting a candle for someone as she did for me. She’s now united with Pat & having their nightly manhattan. I will forever miss Pat.”
