She is survived by: her son David Meredith (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Jennifer, Madelyn, Lydia and Ellayna Meredith; and her sister Betsy Maffei.

For those desiring, the family suggest contributions be made to Muscular Dystrophy Association in loving memory of Patricia Meredith.
