We are sad to announce that on December 15, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Ora Lee Sanders of Lansing, Michigan, born in Leland, Mississippi. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Redd and Lillian Redd; and her husband Charles Ray Sanders. She is survived by: her sister Doris Redd; her children, Darrell Redd, Roderick, Cedric Sanders, Deborah, Denise, Stephanie Sanders, Sonya Burks, Erstein Sanders and Terry Porter; her cousin Ruth Stigler; her siblings-in-law, Warren Sanders (Pearl), Linda Henderson, Gladys and Costella Sanders; and her siblings, Jimmy Redd, Jessie Henderson, Liz Gray, Ethel Fisher and Dawn Redd. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; a host of great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the United Faith Missionary Baptist Church (250 N Pierpont Ave, Rockford, IL 61101). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
