It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman Olsen of Lansing, Michigan, born in Suttons Bay, Michigan, who passed away on December 30, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Olsen and Eda Olsen (Anderson). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Coombs (Herman); his sister Ruth Olsen; his children, Geralyn Root (Eric) and Alan Olsen (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Alexander Sharpe (RaeAnna), Alanna Moon (Griffin), Eric Olsen (Logan), Adam Olsen, Shawn Root and Kevin Root (Ashley); and his great grandchildren, Isaac Olsen, Abigail Olsen, Lillyan Moon, Hayden Root, Maysen Root and Grayson Root.
Memorials may be made to the St. Gerard Church Food Pantry or the Lansing Food Bank, in memory of Norman.
