We are sad to announce that on November 24, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Norma Sarata of Lansing, Michigan, born in Wauseon, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Merlon Himes and Ruth Himes (Proudfoot); her sisters, Donna Sevrence (Cecil), Ginny Brazee (Chuck), Marilyn Pulley and Barbara Powell (Ken); her son-in-law Gary Ignat; and her granddaughter Leandra White.
She is survived by: her husband Richard; her children, Chere Ignat, Sandy White (Bill), Sue Foy (Aaron) and Rick Sarata (Monica Smith); her grandchildren, Jessica Lund (Jon), Taylor White, Ross Hineman, Matt Hineman, Samantha Sarata and Scott Sarata; and her great grandchildren, Evian, Ethan and Jonah Lund.
A public visitation (with Covid-19 face mask and social distancing protocols followed) will be held at the church one hour prior to the Funeral Mass.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in memory of Jean.
