Norma Jean Myers Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma Jean Myers (Lansing, Michigan), who passed away on December 25, 2021 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Lyon and Minnie Lyon (Metzger) of Lansing; her son Richard Smith (Jeannine) of Onaway; her daughter-in-law Jeannine of Lansing; her brother Ralph Lyon of Florence, CO; and her brothers-in-law, Ralph Murray, James Winter, Howard Caffee, Jack McKeever and Fredrick Lange.
She is survived by: her son Charles Smith (Cindy) of Midland; her stepgranddaughter Libby Strpko of Lansing; her grandchildren, Charlie Smith II and Zachary Smith (Laura) of Midland; her great grandchildren, Hailee, Ava and Bennett of Midland; and her siblings, Esther McKeever of Aztec, Nancy Caffee of Lansing, Kathleen Murray of Eaton Rapids, Gwen Lange of DeWitt, Priscilla Winter of Midland, Betty Curtiss (Dave) of Lansing and Howard Lyon (Marolyn) of Lansing. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Cancer Research, Emanuel Lutheran Church and/or the Capital Area Humane Society.
