We are sad to announce that on April 11, 2023, at the age of 92, Nicolas Georgiou (Lansing, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Maritsa Hajitryphonos and George Hajitryphonos; his wife Anna Georgiou; and his son George Georgiou. He is survived by: his children, Maria Dye (Jeffrey) and Electra Nicolaou (Peter); his daughter-in-law Sarah Georgiou; his grandchildren, Eleni Danford (Justin), Stephanie Dye (Andrew McNary), Christopher Dye (Emily King), Nikki Nicolaou (Austin Gullett), George Georgiou (Annemarie Hubble), Danielle Georgiou, Nicolas Georgiou (Sara) and Michael Georgiou; and his great grandchild Anna Georgiou. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church Lansing, MI; Promedica Hospice of Lansing, or U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, in memory of Nicolas Georgiou.
