He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Ann Summers and Joseph Gualandi; and his siblings, Diana and Joseph Gualandi. He is survived by: his siblings, Sonya Lynn Summers Shaffner of Lansing, Pierre Summers (Karla) of Columbus, Caren Gualandi of Dallas, Rosemary Reed (Jimmy) of Indiana and Steve Gualandi (Paula) of Hobart, Indiana; and his nieces and nephews, Charles Leon Whitby II, Pierre Derrick Summers II (Tracie), Korre Marselle Summers (Bianca), Maisha Irene Whittington, Megan Gualandi, Tifani Grace Summers (JaCori), Tammi Lynn Summers and Christina Pamela Shaffner. He is also survived by seven great nephews and five great nieces along with a host of cousins and many friends.
