In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Mermian leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Mermian may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Owen and Lillian LouVanna Samons (Jones); her husband Charles Edward Bellah; and her children, Peggy Duff and Richard Bellah.
She is survived by: her son Charles (Melinda Bellah, Jr.); her children-in-law, Susan Bellah of Eaton Rapids and Paul Duff of Maynard, Arkansas; and her brothers, Olan (Mae Samons) and Charles Owen Samons. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Christiansen's Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care (511 S Franklin St, Greenville, MI 48838). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sunrise Memorial Gardens (2188 Remembrance Dr, Muskegon, MI 49442).
