She is survived by: her spouse Len Lapka; her children, Deborah Boyd, Jean Lapka, Joseph Lapka (Cindy), Thomas Lapka and James Lapka; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Walker, Joseph Lapka (Gonzalo Manucci), Sara Brundage (Michael), Tyler Boyd, Katie Pahner (Steve), Molly Shimek (Steve), Adam Simons, Dr. Alexander Lapka (Brianna) and Kaitlin Lapka. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
