It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Colleen Francis in Lansing, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on January 1, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John McCarthy and Margaret McCarthy (McClane); her husband Gerald A. Francis; her siblings, John McCarthy, Margaret DeRolph and Michele Knapp; and her sons-in-law, James Francis-Bohr and Harry Struder.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Thom (Kevin), Laura Francis-Bohr, Lisa Francis Struder, Jane Moerman (Doug) and Gail Francis-Hollen (Robert); and her great grandchild Donna Cole. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to The St. Gerard School, Meals on Wheels Lansing, and Heartland Hospice.
