She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Haynes and Clarinda Haynes; her husband Clifford L. Burkholder; and her brothers, Warren and Jean Haynes.
She is survived by: her children, Ricky Burkholder (Judy), Diane Warner (Richard), Nancy Becker (Scott), Clifford Burkholder, Timothy Burkholder, Laurie Sanford (Terry) and Rebecca Sawyers (Mark); her grandchildren, Ryan Warner (Rachel), Dane Warner (Nicole), Erika Hinson (Ben), Shannon Freling (Eric), Timothy Burkholder, Jr., Troy Burkholder (Jocelyn Evans), Tyler, Chyanne and Jillian Sawyers; her great grandchildren, Connor, Elliott, Kurt, Andrea, Grayson and Emmett; and her sister Ella Harelson. She is also survived by children, and Grandchildren.
