She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Koehrman and Frances Koehrman; her husband John; and her sister Joyce E. Gustafson (Stanley). She is survived by: her children, John K. Lewis (Jerrilynn), Karen I. Schaffner (Randy), Mary C. Lewis, Cheryl D. Lewis and Wesley H. Lewis (Karen); her grandchildren, Bonnie J. Hemond (Adrian), Brian C. Lewis and Joshua N. Lewis; and her sister Viberta A. Conn (Alan). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

Memorial contributions may be made to North Westminster Presbyterian Church.
