She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Andrew Chambliss and Katie Chambliss of Roba, Alabama.; her daughter Kathleen Thompson of Lansing, Michigan; her grandchildren, Brandon Thompson of Grand Rapids, Aaron Thompson of Lansing, Michigan and Camari Hamilton of Lansing, Michigan; her siblings, Matilda Garrett of Detroit, Sallie Evans of Evergreen, Donna Chambliss of Roba, Alabama, Sharon Chambliss of Roba, Alabama, Andrew Chambliss (Lucille) of Roba and William Chambliss of Dallas, Texas; her aunts, Merle Boykin (Robert) of Huntsville and Hattie Simmons (James) of Chicago, Illinois; her niece Melissa Dunlap of Lansing, Michigan; her grandson Cameron Thompson-Hamilton; her sister Roena Chambliss; her uncle Pastor Charles; and her aunt Daisy Tolbert. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
