It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marcus Garvey Metoyer Sr. of Lansing, Michigan, who passed away on April 21, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Lois Maxine Lett Metoyer; and his former wife Marjorie Caldwell Metoyer. He is survived by: his children, Heating, Cooling, Marcus Metoyer Jr. (Lisa) and Rosanna Metoyer (Earl Crawley); his grandchildren, Marcus Metoyer III, Bernard Crawley (Barbara) and Ryan Crawley (Bridgette); his brother Ewing Metoyer (Lou); and his close friend Carl King. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
