It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucinda A. Sanchez of Lansing, Michigan, born in Devine, Texas, who passed away on April 22, 2022, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesus Anguiano and Ana "Anita" Anguiano; her husband Dionicio P. Sanchez; and her children-in-law, Betty Sanchez and John Lopez.
She is survived by: her children, John Sanchez (Lydia), Ricardo Sanchez (Cathy), Irene Lopez-Garza (Richard Garza) and Olga Briseño (Ramiro); and her grandchildren, John Sanchez, Jr. (Veronica), Christian Sanchez (Marta), Lisa Mikolajczak (Adam), Javier Sanchez (Sandy), Lydia Sanchez-Hubbard (William Hubbard), Damien Sanchez (Katty), Olivia Sanchez, Gabriel Lopez (Debbie), Sergio Lopez, Miguel Briseño (Nadia) and Veronica Tury (Adam). She is also survived by 2 great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
