He was predeceased by: his parents, George H Bacon and Florence Bacon; and his siblings, Dwight and Judy. He is survived by: his wife Gealene; his brother Richard; his children, Thomas Bacon (Roni), James Bacon (Loell), Jeffrey Bacon (Cheryl), Steven Bacon (Karie), Betsy Potter (Steve) and Amy Carr (Doug); and his stepdaughters, Tonja Hall (Max) and Celeste Tiller (Roy). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Louie requested that contributions be made to his and Gealene's favorite charity, the Greater Lansing Food Bank.
