She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold D. Houseman and Ella Louise Houseman (McBride); her husband Barry; and her siblings, Diana Dale Ackley, Kathy Houseman and Keith Harold Houseman.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Voorhies and Scott Welch; her grandchildren, Shannon, Jamie, Ashley, Kimberly, Gracie and Madison; her sister-in-law Jerree Houseman; and her friends, Bev Andrews, Carol Churchill and Jeff Andrews. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
