He is survived by: his son Leroy Leven (Billie); his granddaughter Leah Dmytryk; his siblings, Albert Leven (Rene), Janice Elias, Annette Titus (Paul), Elizabeth Grace (David), June Parker (Ty) and Janie Ottinger (Matt); his sister-in-law Tencha Leven; and his stepparents, Daniel Matthews and Becky Leven. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
