He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Granger Mattice Sr. and Vivian (Connor); his sister Judi Liscombe; his children, Lee Granger Mattice III, Thomas Cronin Jr. and Elizabeth Mattice; and his grandson Theron Mattice.
He is survived by: his siblings, Delores Corbin, Barbara Fraser, Diane Bartlett, Sharon Hinson, Lois Bedo and Dennis Mattice; his wife Rosemary Cronin Mattice; and his children, Deborah Robinson, David Mattice, Susan Foreman and Jeff Cronin.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in loving memory of Lee Mattice Jr. to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
