We are sad to announce that on September 21, 2023, at the age of 84, LaVerne Ellwood Cook (Lansing, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Cook and Lucinda Cook (Dorr); his sons, Jason Cook and James Cook; and his brothers, Dennis Beach (Mary), Ford Cook (Joann), Emerald Cook (Barb) and Delbert Cook (Vera).

He is survived by: his wife Vicki Cook; his brother Clifford Cook (Kay); and his children, Linda Cook, Shelly Stuber, LaVerne Cook Jr. (Kim), David Cook (Donna), Byron Cook (Margaret) and Dannie Stuber (Tina). He is also survived by 36 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
