He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Simons and Alice Simons; and his brother John Simons. He is survived by: his wife Susan Simons; his sons, Chad Simons (Loren Nicole) and Scott Simons; his brother Frank Donald Simons; his siblings-in-law, Karen Simons, David Trierweiler, Gary Trierweiler and Tim Trierweiler; and his grandsons, Lawrence Simons, Austin Simons and Eric Simons. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
